About the project

Grande Farm – RegeNomadSystem: an innovative, applicable model of regenerative cattle rearing in a cow–calf system.

What is Grande Farm?

A regenerative livestock model for the future

Grande Farm – RegeNomadSystem is a project for the development and demonstration of regenerative cattle rearing in a cow–calf system, focused on creating a practical and economically sustainable production model.

It is based on 100% grass feeding, digital grazing management, the use of virtual paddocks and smart collars, and systematic monitoring of soil, vegetation and herd health. Special emphasis is placed on increasing soil organic matter, biomass growth, better water infiltration and reduced need for manual labour.

Grande Farm aims to show that regenerative agriculture can be innovative, applicable and important for the future of rural areas all at once.

Project foundations

What the project is built on

A blend of regenerative practice, natural feeding and digital tools in one measurable system.

🌾

100% grass feeding

A grass-fed approach focused on natural herd nutrition and more nutritious meat.

📡

Digital grazing management

Precise rotation planning based on real field data.

📶

Virtual paddocks & collars

Smart collars and virtual boundaries instead of classic physical fences.

🌱

Soil regeneration

Increasing soil organic matter and long-term grassland resilience.

💧

Biomass, water & emissions monitoring

NDVI, biomass, water infiltration and agro-ecological indicators under constant watch.

🥩

Less work, better food

Reduced manual labour with the production of more nutritious meat.

Why the project exists

Problem, solution and goals

Problem

Classic livestock farming often burdens the soil, requires a lot of manual labour and does not systematically track grassland, water and herd health.

Solution

Regenerative rotational grazing with digital tools that enable decisions based on real data.

Goals

Soil restoration, greater farm resilience, less manual labour and the production of more nutritious food.

Expected results

Measurable growth in biomass and organic matter, better water infiltration and a replicable model for Croatia and the EU.

What we want to achieve

Measurable project impact

The project develops a livestock production model that simultaneously increases pasture productivity and improves sustainable resource management. We track impact through concrete, measurable indicators.

  • Production of higher-value meat
  • Fewer veterinary interventions
  • A model applicable to other farms in HR and the EU
